With the best of intentions, I decided that my (long overdue) website needed to get off the ground. At the same time, I thought that this would be a good time to learn something about what goes on with a blog.
Life, as they say, sometimes gets in the way.
A prospective client called me the other day and asked “What’s your website address?” I hemmed and hawed and said something to the effect that I didn’t have one. “Kind of like the shoemaker’s barefoot kids” he said.
I’ve been building websites for about 10 years now, but this is the first blog I’ve attempted. You know how it is when you try something new - It takes you 15 times as long to do as something familiar. If I want to learn this stuff, however, I guess I’ll just keep slogging on.
Well, it’s not nearly finished but, hey, here’s round one.
